It is our philosophy that people should "insure" (ensure) that either their own assets, or those that they are looking to acquire, are properly appraised and evaluated to allow them the peace of mind that they are insuring them at the proper replacement value, and/or purchasing or selling items at their proper value.
How much is this worth?
So many people have valuable cars that are classics or rare, but have not had appraisals. The risk in this is that if stolen, or if in an accident, the insurance companies will only provide a return on the investment based on the value they will find in historical book value. This often amounts to much lower allowance than should you provide them with a "true" value based on the condition of your vehicle. It may be that insurance is lower over time, but in the end if your asset is stolen, in an accident, or vandilized, for the few extra dollars, you will at least get the proper rate of return on your investment.
